Why we built it
NFT Nexus is our own demo project. We built a digital asset marketplace storefront to show how we work with interfaces full of cards, states and actions: a catalogue, auctions with timers, wallet connections and creator rankings.
What is inside
- A catalogue of digital assets with ETH prices and activity counters.
- A live auctions block with a countdown to the end of each lot.
- Wallet connections: MetaMask, Binance, Fortmatic, Authereum, Coinbase, Portis.
- Categories - digital art, music, domain names, sports, utilities.
- A seller leaderboard with sales totals, an exclusive drops block and a blog section.
- Four homepage variants with different presentation.
Technology and approach
Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript on Bootstrap 5, styles in SASS (SCSS). The core job of an interface like this is to let someone study an asset and act on it without leaving the page, so cards, filters and modals all work without reloads. The project doubles as a reference for any site with a catalogue and a user account. Built in May 2024.
